
Apex Trader Funding Overview
Apex offers funding accounts ranging from $25k to $300k with trailing drawdown and $100k static drawdown on either Rithmic or Tradovate.

Trading Rules:
Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA): Allowed (both the Qualification and Master account).
News Trading: Allowed.
No hedging. It is prohibited to be long in one account and short in another account.
No High Frequency Trading (HFT): It is prohibited to use automated high-frequency trading.
Minimum trading days: Zero. No min trading days required to get a PA account.
Consistency Rules: 30% applies to PA accounts; it does not apply to Evaluation account. For those who want to YOLO EVAL, here you go:)
Trading Hours: All positions must be closed by 4:59pm EST (3:59pm CST)
Position: A trader can trade both regular and micro contracts simultaneously. A regular contract is comparable to 10 micro contracts.
PA Account Activation Fees: $85 monthly or 10 years as shown below;
$25,000 Account - $130
$50,000 Account - $140
$75,000 Account - $180
$100,000 Account - $220 (Full/Static)
$150,000 Account - $260
$250,000 Account - $300
$300,000 Account - $340
Profit Split: The first $25,000 (per account) is 100% withdrawn to the Trader's and 90% beyond that.
Payout Window: Two payouts per month can be requested.
Max number of account: The trader could have infinite Evaluation Accounts and up to 20 active PA Accounts.

The minimum withdrawal is $500 after completing 8 trading days since the last request.

The safety net is defined as the amount equal to the drawdown based on the account size, plus $100. It applies to the first 3 payouts only.
The Safety Net:
$25,000 account - $1,500
$50,000 account - $2,000
$75,000 account - $2,250
$100,000 account - $2,500
$150,000 account - $2,750
$250,000 account - $3,000
$300,000 account - $3,500
$100,000 Static account - $1,000
After the 5th payout, there is no max withdrawal limit.
